Details of the Job/Internship
OSTTRA is hiring Legal Counsel with the experience of 3 to 5 years to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Significant sophisticated experience in domestic and international contract drafting and negotiations based on varied vendors and partners (Software license agreements, cloud hosting agreements, SAAS, NDA, DPA, Service Agreements, etc.).
- Role may involve negotiations directly with the vendors and their attorneys and requires close interaction with the various departments including business, finance, product teams etc.
- Keen interest in understanding software and technology in general is essential.
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with all other legal team members in independently managing an assigned or dynamic territory or business division, for providing end to end legal services.
- Ability to effectively strategize and communicate risk, mitigation and options to the business stakeholders.
- Proactively look to improve process and controls where required.
Eligibility
- Law graduate (LLB) from a renowned Law School with a PQE of 3-5 yrs.
- In-house legal procurement experience is preferred.
- An understanding of the technology sector is preferred.
- Must have experience in providing legal support on a global scale.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Works to given deadlines and anticipates likely workflows.
- Consistently produces accurate work, exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident and professional verbal and written communication.
- Responsible for managing own development and willing to learn.
- Analytical skills to resolve queries.
