Details of the Job/Internship

PEGATRON Corporation is hiring a full-time Legal Counsel at its Poonamallee office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and compliance matters.
• Manage complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel, and regulatory authorities.
• Support the organization in safeguarding legal and regulatory interests.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Prior experience in corporate legal roles.
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation, legal frameworks, and document preparation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.

Salary/Stipend
