This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Counsel at Persistent Systems in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, negotiating contracts, merger and acquisiton, preparing legal documents, and addressing legal issues on a day-to-day basis.

Eligibility

• Expertise in Law and Legal Advice.
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation.
• Merger and Acquisiton.
• Legal Due Diligence.
• Strong understanding of Legal Issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
• LLB degree.

Salary/Stipend
