Details of the Job/Internship
Pristyn Care is hiring a highly experienced Legal Counsel with 12+ years of post-qualification experience to lead and manage all legal functions of the organization. The candidate should ideally have prior experience with multinational companies or leading hospital groups such as Max, Fortis, Manipal, or Yashoda.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle and oversee civil and criminal litigation matters, including coordination with external counsel.
- Represent the organisation before police stations and government authorities for effective resolution of legal issues.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize various legal agreements including consultancy, lease, SaaS, MSA, and SOW contracts.
- Provide proactive legal advice to management on compliance, operations, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support business objectives while ensuring legal compliance.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a reputed institution (mandatory).
- Additional qualification in Company Secretary (CS) preferred.
- 12+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Prior experience with multinational organizations is essential.
- Preference for candidates from the healthcare or hospital sector.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex legal matters independently.
