Details of the Job/Internship

Proho is hiring a Legal Counsel – Real Estate with 1–3 years of experience to join its office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate and corporate legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on property transactions and related matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal due diligence and support investment transactions.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in real estate dealings.
• Manage stakeholder communication and resolve legal issues.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (mandatory) / LL.M. (preferred) from a recognised university.
• 1–3 years of experience in corporate legal, legal operations, or transaction support.
• Experience in real estate, PropTech, or fundraising transactions is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of corporate documentation, due diligence, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

Salary/Stipend
