Quince is hiring a Legal Counsel with 7+ years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Bengaluru. The candidate will be the primary legal contact for country operations, supporting business leaders across a range of commercial, compliance, and regulatory matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to local business leaders
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Advise on legal risks in new product development and company policies
• Monitor and interpret regulatory developments and communicate impacts
• Implement efficient legal processes and contract workflows
• Maintain legal databases and contract management systems
• Manage issues in existing contracts and pre-litigation matters
• Lead compliance processes, filings, and internal policy development
• Support HR, recruiting, and talent teams on legal matter

Eligibility

• Master’s degree or equivalent in law
• 7+ years of post-qualification experience
• Law firm background and strong academic credentials
• Proven ability to lead while being hands-on
• Skilled in handling complex legal matters under tight timelines
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Experience managing high-pressure legal tasks in fast-paced environments
