Details of the Job/Internship

Reliance Retail is hiring for the position of Legal Counsel to join their office in Banglore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal matters.
• Represent the company in litigation proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Manage intellectual property matters.
• Support corporate legal functions.

Eligibility

• 4-6 years of experience in a Legal Counsel role.
• Strong knowledge of Legal Research, Contract Law, and Litigation.
• Excellent legal writing and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Compliance, Intellectual Property, and Corporate Law.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
