Details of the Job/Internship

Reliance Retail is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience of 6 to 12 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• In drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and associated documents procurement and sale agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement, Information Technology (IT) related agreements, SAAS and licensing agreements.
• Providing advisory support on legal and compliance issues pertaining to the different areas of e-commerce operations and product listing.
• Drafting terms & conditions (T&Cs) and associated policy documents for online platforms and websites.
• Assisting the Business in reviewing, structuring and vetting new business proposals and initiatives.

Eligibility

• 6 to 12 years post qualification experience, in-house experience will be preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
