Details of the Job/Internship

Restroworks is hiring a Legal Counsel with 5–6 years of post-qualification experience to join their in-house legal team in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, reseller, channel partner, NDA, vendor, and customer contracts.
• Provide legal support to sales, finance, operations, and product teams.
• Lead end-to-end contract negotiations aligned with business objectives.
• Standardise and improve contract templates, playbooks, and clause libraries.
• Support deal structuring, renewals, amendments, and contract lifecycle management.
• Provide legal support on employment contracts, workplace policies, and disciplinary processes.
• Advise on labour law compliance, POSH, and grievance handling.
• Manage disputes and coordinate with external counsel when required.
• Provide day-to-day legal advice on operational and commercial matters.
• Identify legal and contractual risks and propose practical solutions.
• Support improvement of internal legal processes and documentation.
• Support basic data protection compliance in contracts and internal policies.

Eligibility

• LL.B. with 5–6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in both law firm and in-house environments is preferred.
• Strong experience in commercial and SaaS contracting.
• Experience in supporting employment and HR legal matters.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

Salary/Stipend
