Details of the Job/Internship

Revolut is hiring a Legal Counsel to support its global expansion and international operations. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Act as the primary legal contact for global expansion and regional hubs
• Advise on regulatory feasibility and legal frameworks for new markets
• Support product launches (payments, credit, trading, etc.) from a legal and regulatory perspective
• Draft and review product terms, disclosures, and customer-facing communications
• Assist with licensing applications and regulatory filings
• Draft internal policies and corporate governance frameworks
• Support governance, compliance, and strategic business initiatives
• Lead legal documentation management and knowledge-sharing efforts
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across regions

Eligibility

• 3+ years of post-qualification legal experience (law firm or in-house)
• Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services preferred
• Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional laws and corporate structuring
• Excellent drafting, documentation, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Salary/Stipend
