Revolut is hiring a Legal Counsel with 3+ years of experience to join their team and support global expansion initiatives across new international markets.
Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal contact for matters related to global hub operations.
- Provide strategic advice for market entry, regulatory feasibility, and legal frameworks for expansion jurisdictions.
- Review and draft product terms, disclosures, policies, and customer-facing documents.
- Support licensing applications and regulatory filings.
- Assist with drafting company policies and corporate governance frameworks.
- Manage documentation, administrative tasks, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Advise on payments-related legal issues and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
Eligibility
- Law degree with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house role within banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional regulations, international expansion, and corporate structuring.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage high-volume documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience in fast-paced environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Interest in legal process optimisation through technology.
