Details of the Job/Internship

Ripple is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Counsel to work with them in Hybrid Mode.

Role and Responsibilities

• Deal with complex matters with multiple partners and forces.
• Give accurate and timely counsel to the sales department.
• Communicate and interact with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Review, negotiate and draft SaaS contracts for our customers.
• Review and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements.
• Provide legal support to other departments.

Eligibility

• A Master's degree in Law or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience ideally in the field of financial services and the software industry (with SaaS knowledge)
• Proficiency in English; French, German or any other language is an asset.
• A self-starter, organized and proactive demeanour.
• Curiosity about the fast-growing digital asset industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, judgment, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present sophisticated issues clearly and concisely and provide succinct and practical legal advice.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
