RSB Retail India Limited is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience of 2-5 years to join their office in Hyderabad. The role involves providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, negotiating contracts, and addressing legal issues that arise. The Legal Counsel will also ensure compliance with statutory requirements, provide risk management solutions, and collaborate with other departments to support overall business operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on business operations.
• Prepare and review legal documents and contracts.

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field. Advanced certifications are a plus. Experience in the retail industry is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
