Details of the Job/Internship

Rx100 Ventures is hiring a Legal Counsel with 4–8 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and governance documents.
• Develop and maintain templates for agreements and entity documentation.
• Support entity structuring, SPVs, and governance frameworks.
• Advise on risk mitigation, compliance policies, and cross-border structuring.
• Provide legal inputs on business transactions and regulatory matters.
• Maintain accurate legal records and oversee document management systems.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law; CS preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in legal, compliance, or governance roles.
• Strong understanding of Indian corporate laws and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent drafting, documentation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders effectively.

Salary/Stipend
