Details of the Job/Internship
Sasken Technologies Limited is hiring for the position of Legal Counsel with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts and legal documents.
- Prepare contract summaries and maintain accurate legal documentation.
- Maintain a comprehensive tracker of executed agreements, letters, and related documents.
- Liaise with internal teams and external counsel for timely execution and compliance of legal agreements.
- Advise on employment and labor law issues, as required.
- Conduct legal research and provide insights on regulatory and corporate legal matters.
- Support the legal team in managing day-to-day activities and ongoing legal initiatives.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM is a plus.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a corporate legal environment or law firm.
- Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
