Details of the Job/Internship
Shapoorji Pallonji Finance Private Limited is hiring a Legal Counsel – Supply Chain Finance & Corporate Lending with up to 15 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize financing documents and agreements.
- Facilitate execution and manage contractual risks.
- Handle legal documentation for Supply Chain Finance, Lending, NBFCs, and Working Capital.
- Monitor legal and regulatory updates and provide interpretations.
- Advise on new and proposed legislation.
- Develop and implement best practices to minimize legal risks.
- Manage documentation across the lending lifecycle.
- Ensure timely closure of legal matters and maintain logs and reports.
Eligibility
- Up to 15 years of experience in legal functions related to Supply Chain Finance and NBFCs.
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Laws and financial documentation.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Business and Credit Teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel across India.
