Details of the Job/Internship
Shya Exports Private Limited is hiring a Legal Counsel for a full-time on-site role in Chennai. The Legal Counsel will provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, and handle legal issues related to the company’s operations. The role involves contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and representing the company in legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and handle legal issues related to company operations.
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents and contracts.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and external matters.
- Support the company’s legal and compliance requirements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Expertise in law and legal issue analysis.
- Experience in contract negotiation.
- Skills in legal document preparation and providing legal advice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in the healthcare or export industry is a plus.
