Details of the Job/Internship
Siemens Energy India Limited is hiring a Legal Counsel – Commercial to be based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. The role requires a minimum of 4 to 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal support on contract review and claim management.
- Draft, negotiate, and review domestic and international commercial contracts, including consortium, supply, works, framework, service, and government agreements.
- Advise business and project teams on contract strategy and claim management.
- Manage litigation and coordinate with external lawyers nationally.
- Prepare legal documents and represent the company in legal matters.
- Develop contract templates and conduct legal training sessions.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a reputed institution with at least 4-5 years PQE.
- Experience in litigation, contract negotiation, and claim management.
- Preferably worked with law firms or multinational companies with international contracts.
