Details of the Job/Internship
Skyroot Aerospace is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 3+ years to join their team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review customer and vendor agreements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Interpret and ensure compliance with space laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including labour laws, environmental laws, and PESO regulations.
- Oversee timely filing of statutory returns.
- Conduct legal due diligence for business transactions.
- Assist with company secretarial and corporate governance activities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
- Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) is an added advantage.
- 3+ years of experience in legal drafting and compliance.
- Strong understanding of contract law and statutory compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with space law, environmental regulations, and labour laws is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
