SOTI is hiring a Legal Counsel to join their in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft & negotiate customer and vendor contracts.
- Support and advise sales teams on deal process and contract negotiation.
- Manage deviations and obtain internal approvals before contract signing.
- Provide internal legal training to other departments.
- May assist with M&A, employment, compliance,leasing, and other legal matters.
- Promote continuous improvement of legal services to other SOTI business.
