Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. is hiring for the position of Legal Counsel with 2+ years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate matters, contract structuring, compliance requirements, and risk management aligned with local laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to review, draft, and negotiate sales agreements, ensuring contracts reflect the company’s business interests and legal standards.
• Coordinate internal review processes and offer clear, evidence-based legal opinions to facilitate efficient contract finalization.
• Develop and maintain a library of standardized contract templates to establish a comprehensive internal contract management system.
• Oversee contract execution and proactively identify, assess, and flag legal risks associated with ongoing agreements.
• Act swiftly to address contract-related disputes or emerging legal risks by mobilizing internal resources and recommending actionable solutions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in reviewing sales contracts, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Sound understanding of corporate functions such as marketing, production, and finance, especially regarding contract execution processes.
• Strong proficiency in English—written and verbal; overseas work experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard business software tools.

Salary/Stipend
