Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting & managing contracts, corporate law, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience in term sheets, BTA, due diligence, legal notices, dispute resolution, and innovative legal solutions
Eligibility
- Expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) for listed & unlisted organizations.
- Experience Required: 4–7 years with exceptional drafting & negotiation skills.
- Qualification: Law degree.
