Syngene International Ltd. is hiring a Legal Counsel with 10+ years of experience to join their Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate supply, service, consulting, and licensing agreements.
• Provide legal support for real estate and infrastructure matters.
• Manage litigations and disputes.
• Offer legal advice, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations.
• Maintain relationships with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders.

Eligibility

• LLB from a reputed institute (LLM preferred but not mandatory).
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong expertise in contracts, litigation, and advisory work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Pharmaceutical industry knowledge is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
