Details of the Job/Internship

TAC Security is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience of 3–5 years to join their team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage legal aspects of IPO preparation and execution.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, stock exchange, and regulatory requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Advise management on corporate governance and legal risks.
• Handle due diligence and coordinate with external legal advisors.
• Support board meetings, filings, and statutory documentation.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes and ensure compliance.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized institution.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate law with IPO exposure.
• Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations and capital markets.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with listed companies or IPO transactions is preferred.
• Background in cybersecurity, IT, or tech industry is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
