Tata Consultancy Services Limited is hiring for the role of Legal Counsel.

Eligibility

Required Skill: Bachelor’s degree in Law.

Desired Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in review and negotiation of IT/BPO contracts with at least 3-5 years in review and negotiation of contracts relating to administration, immovable property and HR.

Desired Competencies: Technical/Behavioral Competency

Must-Have

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB);
• Candidate must be well versed in the local language with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience;
• Must have knowledge of and experience in reviewing and negotiating IT/BPO contracts, non-disclosure agreements, software license agreements, subcontracts, MOUs, and other information technology-related documents, contracts relating to administration, immovable property and Human Resources;
• Must have excellent communication and team collaboration skills;
• Must have high professionalism, integrity, ethical standards and a proactive approach.

Good-to-Have: Desirable experience in Outsourcing, IT/ ITES or Technology License transactions.
