Details of the Job/Internship

Teceze is hiring an HR Legal Counsel/Employment Contracts Specialist with experience of 3–6 years.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, offer letters, amendments, and separation agreements.
• Customize global employment contract templates to comply with local labor laws.
• Provide legal guidance to HR teams on hiring, termination, disciplinary actions, and benefits.
• Monitor changes in employment laws and recommend updates to contracts and policies.
• Review and support HR policies, handbooks, and workplace guidelines.

Eligibility

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• 3–6 years of experience in employment law, HR legal, or in-house legal roles.
• Experience handling employment contracts across multiple geographies.
• Strong drafting, interpretation, and practical advisory skills.

Salary/Stipend
