Details of the Job/Internship

Tech Mahindra is hiring a Legal Counsel with 3-7 years of experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and vetting of IT, ITES, Technology Contracts, Agreements, and legal documentation.
• Well-versed in review and negotiation of Master Service Agreements, EPC, Turnkey contracts, Professional Service Agreements, NDAs, and Procurement Agreements.
• Handling government tenders, Bid proposals, RFI, RFP, and EOIs and experienced in handling contracts with OEMs, Service Providers, and contractors –Software license, Hardware, Cloud, SaaS, AI, Manpower, etc.
• Liaising and making contractual correspondence with Clients and internal stakeholders working on amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.
• Responsible for safeguarding the interest of the Company in contractual matters and responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, liabilities, and deviations
