Details of the Job/Internship

Tech Mahindra is hiring a Legal Counsel with 5+ years of experience in global contracts from the IT industry. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and vetting IT, ITES, and technology-related contracts and legal documentation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting IT, ITES, and technology contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
• Reviewing and negotiating Master Service Agreements, EPC contracts, Turnkey contracts, Professional Service Agreements, NDAs, and Procurement Agreements.
• Handling government tenders, bid proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and EOIs.
• Managing contracts with OEMs, service providers, and subcontractors, including software licenses, hardware, cloud, SaaS, AI, and manpower contracts.
• Liaising and conducting contractual correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Working on amendments, extensions of contracts, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Safeguarding the company’s interests in contractual matters.
• Identifying and mitigating contractual risks, liabilities, and deviations.

Eligibility

• Qualified LLB.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in handling global contracts in the IT industry.
