Details of the Job/Internship

Thakur & Sinha Law Offices LLP is hiring a Legal Counsel with 3+ years of experience to join its in-house legal function in Delhi. The role involves handling in-house legal matters, drafting and negotiating agreements, addressing compliance issues, and coordinating with internal teams and external counsels on diverse legal matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to various internal departments.
• Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, as required.
• Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements.
• Take pre-emptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflicts.

Eligibility

• Qualification: J.D., qualified to practice law.
• Experience: 3+ years of legal work experience.
• Admission to any United States State Bar.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
