Details of the Job/Internship
The ePlane Company is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Counsel.
Role and Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to aviation regulations, laws, and industry standards.
- Liaison with legal firms: Liaison with legal firms that we are working with on the different aspects of our day to day work
- Corporate Governance: Advise on governance matters, including board operations and shareholder relations
- Ensure compliance with company law and regulatory requirements
- Maintain and update company records, registers, and minute books
- Liaise with external Company secretary for filing report
- Contracts and Agreements: Negotiate, review, draft, and manage contracts and agreements with suppliers, partners, and customers
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks, providing proactive solutions.
- Litigation Management: Oversee litigation and dispute resolution.
- Intellectual Property: Protect company IP and manage related matters.
- Compliance Programs: Develop and maintain compliance programs, including data privacy and security.
Eligibility
- LLB or Integrated LLB qualified.
- 5 years working in legal in technology firms.
- Experience working in auditing companies.
Salary/Stipend
Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
