Details of the Job/Internship
As the head of Legal for Valeo in India, responsibilities include validating customer agreements, ensuring supplier agreements' validity, managing legal disputes with suppliers/customers, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Also involved in customer agreement finalization, supplier agreement management, litigation management, risk management, and contributing to the Group Ethics & Compliance program.
