Thrillophilia.com is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience in consumer disputes, employment law, and regulatory compliance to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage legal escalations and consumer disputes.
- Represent the company in consumer forums and coordinate with legal counsel.
- Handle labor law issues, employee grievances, and statutory employment compliance.
- Liaise with judiciary, law enforcement, and legal authorities.
- Monitor regulatory compliance across departments and identify legal risks.
- Review and supervise legal documentation and contracts.
- Conduct legal awareness programs and strengthen internal governance processes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in legal roles focusing on consumer disputes, employee law, and judicial coordination.
- Strong understanding of Consumer Protection Act, Labor Laws, POSH Act, Civil Procedures, and compliance mandates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a consumer-tech, services, or e-commerce organization is preferred.
