Details of the Job/Internship
Tide is hiring a Legal Counsel with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in the Greater Delhi Area.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on commercial, operational, and employment matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and partnership agreements.
- Support product review and develop standard documentation and policies.
- Stay informed on legal developments affecting Tide's operations.
- Manage contract lifecycle and improve legal documentation processes.
- Create templates, playbooks, and conduct internal legal training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and offer practical legal solutions.
Eligibility
- LL.B. qualified with 3–5 years PQE in Indian law.
- Prior experience in-house or at a law firm.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with employment and operational legal issues.
- Business-oriented legal approach.
- Clear communication and relationship-building skills.
- Adaptable and proactive with the ability to work independently.
