Details of the Job/Internship
Tradologie.com is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience of 4–7 years to join their office in Noida Sector 62.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on labour laws, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and assess legal risks associated with business decisions and operations.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize legal exposure.
- Establish and maintain governance policies and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Monitor legislative changes and conduct internal compliance audits.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Ensure contractual obligations align with business objectives and legal requirements.
- Liaise with regulators, external counsel, and public authorities.
- Devise and implement dispute resolution and defense strategies.
- Provide legal training and guidance to internal teams.
- Develop proactive legal measures to prevent disputes and ensure lawful operations.
Eligibility
- 4–7 years of experience as a Legal Counsel in a corporate environment.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or trading sectors is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, governance, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
