Details of the Job/Internship

Tradologie is hiring for the position of Legal Counsel to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

Legal Advisory & Risk Management

• Advise on labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance.
• Assess risk factors in business decisions and processes; implement risk-mitigation strategies.
• Provide timely and business-oriented legal advice to management and internal teams.

Compliance & Governance

• Develop and enforce governance policies in line with legal standards.
• Monitor and ensure compliance across departments.
• Track regulatory changes and conduct internal audits for conformity.

Contract Management

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MoUs, and commercial agreements.
• Ensure contractual obligations align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Liaise with regulators, external counsel, and government/public authorities.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Dispute Resolution & Litigation

• Design and implement dispute resolution and defense strategies.
• Manage complex legal issues and litigation with discretion and professionalism.

Training & Awareness

• Conduct training sessions on compliance and legal best practices.
• Simplify legal concepts for non-legal stakeholders.

Proactive Legal Strategy

• Anticipate potential risks and implement preventive measures.
• Align organizational processes with evolving legal and regulatory frameworks.

Eligibility

• Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in corporate, B2B, SaaS, or trading sectors.
• Strong expertise in corporate law, governance, and compliance.
• Ability to devise both proactive and defensive legal strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• High ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive matters.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Salary/Stipend
