Details of the Job/Internship

Two Circles is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience of 2+ years to join their office in London.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice with a focus on content, digital, and social media matters.
• Advise colleagues across commercial contracts, data protection, IP, corporate, employment, and regulatory areas.
• Support business change programmes including legal tech and AI implementation.
• Deliver clear and commercially focused legal advice across teams and geographies.

Eligibility

• 2+ PQE with legal experience in-house or in private practice in a commercial or TMT team.
• Qualified to practice law in England and Wales or another appropriate jurisdiction.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Interest in sports, media, and entertainment industry preferred.
• Experience or interest in legal tech and AI tools preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
