Valorant is hiring Legal Counsel with the experience of 3 to 5 Years. The job will be held in Online.
Eligibility
- Law degree from an accredited law school.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Corporate Legal Counsel.
- Strong knowledge of legal reviews, contract negotiation and legal document preparation.
- Experience with key third party contracts such as NDA, MSA, SOW, Software License Agreement etc.
- Experience working with North America based companies and redlining contracts.
- Ability to provide sound and practical legal advice to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in a consulting firm or cross-functional project team is a plus.
