Vandanam is hiring Volunteer Legal Counsel / Legal Associates for a pro bono, remote role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and refine trust deeds, bylaws, and governance frameworks.
• Conduct legal research on charitable regulations and cross-border compliance.
• Prepare MOUs, volunteer agreements, and partnership contracts.
• Provide strategic legal advisory for institutional stability.
• Manage regulatory compliance for NGOs and trusts in India.

Eligibility

• LL.B or LL.M from a recognized university.
• Licensed Advocate or experienced Legal Associate.
• Strong research and drafting skills.
• Effective, clear, and diplomatic communication style.
• Commitment to pro bono work and humanitarian objectives.

Salary/Stipend
