Details of the Job/Internship

Velodata Global Pvt Ltd is hiring a Group Legal Counsel (Senior) with 5–8 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle corporate/commercial law, compliance, dispute resolution, and fintech advisory matters.
• Provide legal advice on UAE legal and regulatory frameworks. Draft and negotiate contracts.
• Be open to frequent travel to Dubai.

Eligibility

• LLB (LLM is a plus).
• 5–8 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong exposure to UAE legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Expertise in corporate/commercial law, compliance, dispute resolution, and fintech advisory.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations is mandatory. Arabic is a bonus.

Salary/Stipend
