Details of the Job/Internship

Wadhwani AI Global is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with 10–15 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

Lead governance, compliance, and risk management across India PLC and US 501(c)(3) entities.

Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with governments, donors, and multilaterals.

Oversee legal aspects of cross-border funding, FCRA, employment law, IP, and data privacy.

Advise on complex legal issues at the intersection of law, innovation, and social impact.

Eligibility

• LL.B. with 10–15 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong expertise in donor contracts and global compliance.
• Proven ability to handle cross-border legal and regulatory issues.

Salary/Stipend
