Role and Responsibilities
Legal Guidance and Support:
- Provide strategic legal guidance and advisory effectively navigating complex legal issues and questions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration to ensure legal alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Address legal inquiries and emails from customers with professionalism and attentiveness, fostering positive and enriching relationships.
- Provide legal assistance and guidance to customers during the due diligence process, ensuring transparency and compliance.
Contract Review and Drafting:
- Review, draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect organizational interests and mitigate risks.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of legal documents to facilitate streamlined operations and transactions.
Clarity in Legal Interpretation:
- Interpret and summarize legal complexities with clarity, making them understandable and actionable for non-legal stakeholders.
- Provide clear and concise legal advice to support informed decision-making across the organization.
Legal Compliance and Monitoring:
- Stay updated on legal developments, particularly related to Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) regulations and translate them into actionable insights and business decisions.
- Communicate the legal ramifications of legislative amendments to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Dispute Resolution and Collaboration:
- Foster a culture of collaborative engagement by resolving disputes amicably with external legal counsel and stakeholders.
- Coordinate effectively between internal departments and external legal stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve organizational objectives.
Legal Notices and Correspondence:
- Draft and respond to legal notices and correspondence promptly and effectively, representing the organization's interests and maintaining professional standards.
- Ensure timely and appropriate action in legal matters to protect the organization's rights and interests.
Training and Process Management:
- Conduct training sessions for other departments on legal matters, processes, and compliance requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding across the organization.
- Manage contracts and documents efficiently on Sales Force or other relevant platforms, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
