Wenger & Watson Inc is hiring Senior Legal Counsel to join their office in Bengaluru.

Eligibility

• Contract Review and Drafting: Review, draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect organizational interests and mitigate risks.Ensure the accuracy and completeness of legal documents to facilitate streamlined operations and transactions.
• Clarity in Legal Interpretation: Interpret and summarize legal complexities with clarity, making them understandable and actionable for non-legal stakeholders.Provide clear and concise legal advice to support informed decision-making across the organization.
• Legal Compliance and Monitoring: Stay updated on legal developments, particularly related to Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) regulations and translate them into actionable insights and business decisions.Communicate the legal ramifications of legislative amendments to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Dispute Resolution and Collaboration:
