Whales Corp. is hiring a Legal Counsel to join its team in Dubai or remotely. The role requires a proactive legal researcher with expertise in corporate law, international compliance, and fintech regulations.
Role and Responsibilities

Eligibility
- Conduct corporate audits to identify risks and monitor corporate compliance.
- Analyze constituent documents and registry extracts.
- Maintain a corporate document renewal calendar.
- Ensure compliance with AML certification and corporate policies.
- Track regulatory changes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support licensing processes (VASP, MiCa).
- Communicate with regulatory bodies and manage external partners.
- Provide legal support for financial asset transactions and transfers.
- Oversee intellectual property matters.
