Details of the Job/Internship

Wing Legal is hiring experienced lawyers for Associate, Senior Associate, and Managing Associate roles.

Role and Responsibilities

• Associates will negotiate and review non-disclosure agreements and engagement letters.
• Senior Associates will manage a remote team of 10 or more associates and document reviewers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Senior Associates will also provide feedback and guidance to team members.
• Managing Associates will oversee Associates and Senior Associates to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.
• Managing Associates will train, mentor, and supervise the professional development of Associates and Senior Associates.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of legal documentation.

Eligibility

• Qualified and experienced lawyers with a background in law firms.
• Ability to work independently and within a remote team structure.
• Strong responsiveness, punctuality, and commitment to high-quality work.
• Experience handling routine commercial legal documents is required.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
