Details of the Job/Internship
YANA Attorneys & Legal is hiring a Legal Counsel to join their office in the Greater Chennai Area.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise on a wide range of legal matters.
- Draft and review contracts and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal guidance.
- Address legal issues and ensure compliance.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to mitigate risks.
Eligibility
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
- Valid license to practice law in India.
- Proficiency in law and legal issues.
- Experience in contract negotiation and legal document preparation.
- Ability to provide sound legal advice.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in corporate law and dispute resolution is a plus.
