Details of the Job/Internship
Yellow.ai is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience of 1 to 3 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Standardizing agreements for the business/sales teams, and also reviewing and negotiating agreements with legal teams of large enterprise Customers, globally.
- Supporting corporate, financing, and other strategic transactional initiatives.
- Advising on regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
- Work with external counsel for national or international engagement, advisory, litigation.
- Support and other legal matters.
- Track upcoming laws and regulations related to the business, analyze and provide reports and summaries of business impact.
- Areas of focus will include, but not be limited to customer contracts, employment law(global),data privacy law, international laws.
Eligibility
- 1-3 years of work experience.
- Experience as in house counsel in high-growth tech company, preferably with an international business experience (preferably SAAS)Proactive, dynamic, and result driven self starter with strong attention to detail.
- Data privacy and IP law understanding across geographies.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to interface effectively with all business functions throughout the organization with a highly responsive and service-oriented attitude.
