Details of the Job/Internship

ZS is seeking an Associate/Legal Counsel to join its India legal team in Pune, Maharashtra. Candidates must have 1-5 years of relevant experience, with international legal experience and foreign language skills preferred.

Role and Responsibilities

• Reviewing, revising and negotiating client agreements such as confidentiality agreements, master services agreements, software licensing agreements, data access agreements, etc.
• Drafting and managing ZS form contracts.
• Helping to manage the overall contracting processes.
• Assist in providing legal support to business functions and across various client practice areas.

Eligibility

• LLB degree with strong academic background required.
• 1-5 years of relevant work experience, international legal experience and foreign language competencies preferred.
• Experience working in-house.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Motivation, personal initiative and strong team/interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytic skills and problem solving ability.
• Proven attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Flexibility to facilitate meeting with internal and external contacts globally.
