Details of the Job/Internship
Zelis is hiring a Legal Data Analyst with 2–5 years of experience to join its Legal Operations team in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the contract lifecycle process including reviewing, analyzing, and tracking agreements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements through accurate data entry and updates.
- Maintain and report metadata on contract status, obligations, and renewals.
- Summarize and interpret contract provisions as per company policies.
- Support ad hoc legal operations projects, data cleanup, reporting, and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance contract data processes.
- Maintain documentation for system workflows and train team members on best practices.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB, 3-year or 5-year).
- 2–5 years of experience in data entry, systems administration, or legal operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with CLM tools preferred.
- Strong English drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage large datasets and ensure high data accuracy.
- Experience with AI tools for contract review and compliance analysis preferred.
