Details of the Job/Internship
ARDEM is hiring a Legal Data Entry Specialist to work remotely on a night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST). The role involves inputting case data into software, communicating with internal teams and clients, and performing clerical and legal office support tasks.
Role and Responsibilities
- Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before entry.
- Locate and correct data entry errors.
- Compare data with source documents or re-enter data in verification format.
- Review, fact-check, and process invoices.
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
- Perform general clerical duties and support legal office operations.
Eligibility
- Any graduate with a diploma/degree in Law.
- Minimum 1.5 years of relevant work experience.
- US litigation support experience is mandatory.
- Prior night shift experience is required.
- Resources: PC/laptop with Windows OS, broadband internet, and required hardware specifications.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary/Stipend
