Details of the Job/Internship
Blu Ocean Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is inviting law students to join their office remotely.
- Stipend: INR 10,000/month.
- Learning & Development Support: Up to INR 50,000/month.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research across regulatory, corporate, and intellectual property domains.
- Assist in the drafting and review of legal documents including contracts, NDAs, and compliance reports.
- Provide legal consulting support to various internal teams.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on legal matters related to ongoing projects.
- Support documentation for investor relations, IP filings, and vendor agreements.
Eligibility
- Strong foundational knowledge of law and legal procedures.
- Experience or coursework in legal consulting and document preparation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or current enrollment in a Law program preferred.
- Prior exposure to biotech, healthtech, or med-tech sectors is a bonus.
